Connecting Minds is a safe, kind, online space for people aged 55 and over who live in the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells districts. Meet others online via Zoom to connect, participate in meaningful discussions and enjoyable activities, and make new friends.

Activities will include reminiscence, tips and tricks on maintaining good physical and mental health, and fun creative ideas to stimulate and develop your interests with peer support.
