Wilder Wellbeing at Borough Green

Kent Wildlife Trust

Wilder Wellbeing is open to those who are over the age of 55 or under 55 with a long-term health condition (living in Borough Green). The aim of the project is to help people over the age of 50 to improve their health and wellbeing. Wilder Wellbeing will deliver 6 week programmes with an expectation that participants commit to all sessions.

Sessions will include a gentle short stroll around the green spaces in Borough Green where we will learn and take notice of the wildlife around us, and take part in some simple relaxation techniques.

We meet at the green space behind Borough Green Medical practice that runs adjacent to Harrison Road and Quarry Hill.

When: Monday 19th April – 24th May 2021. The programme is for 6 weeks and will run on Monday’s 10am-12pm (if you are interested in joining future Wilder Wellbeing programmes, please contact us for more details).

Please note, you must have a completed a referral form to join the programme.
