Wilder Wellbeing at Sevenoaks

Join us to explore the six ways to wellbeing, within our natural environment! There is a lot of evidence showing that spending time outdoors can help with our mental and physical health.



Kent Wildlife Trust Wilder Wellbeing is open to those who are over the age of 55 or under 55 with a long-term health condition (living in Sevenoaks). Wilder Wellbeing will office participants the chance to attend a 6-week programme with an expectation that participants commit to all sessions.



There will also be an optional mindful walk that participants can attend as a taster or ending to the programme. Sessions will include a gentle short stroll where we will some simple relaxation techniques.



Please note, you must have a completed a referral form to join the programme. If you are interested in joining future Wilder Wellbeing programmes, please contact us for more details.



Programme is free however car parking charges apply £2.50 for the day payable by card at the reserve or online via RingGo.



Each participant is able to join 1x 6 week programme (which will run once a week for 6 weeks) + 1x optional mindful walk.
