We provide ‘Forget-me-not cafés’ across the Sevenoaks District, ‘Forget-me-notes’ singing group and Forget-me-not allotment plot.



We provide companionship over a cuppa, peer support and entertaining activities for people living with memory loss, loneliness and isolation.



If you need personal or physical support please come with a family member or a carer.



Forget-me-not cafes are managed by Sevenoaks Area Dementia Friendly Community formed in 2015 and registered as a charity in 2019.



The group is committed to raising awareness of good dementia practices and services. Our groups are free to attend.
